Can I use Free 2 Invoice for free?

How do put my company’s logo all my invoices?
To place your logo on your invoice, you will have to upload your logo in the Company Settings.
Go to Company Settings.
Select Choose file then save.
You should now see the logo at the top of the page. Ensure this looks correct before moving on.
Your company logo will now be displayed in all your invoice PDFs.
Please note that not all templates have a place for a logo. The template preview should show if a logo would be visible.
I forgot the password. How do I reset it?
On the website use the Login / Signup button as normal to go to the login page.
Under the password box there will be text saying Forgot Password?, click on this and it will take you to an password reset page.
From here simply enter your e-mail address and send the reset link.
You will now be able to create a new password to use.
Can I delete my account?
Manualy deleting your own account is currently not possible.
If you wish for your account to be deleted you must follow the following steps –
• Back up your own data including client details.
• Download and store all invoices created.
• Email our team at support@free2invoice.com
Please note that your request could be dealt with quickly and you must be sure you have all information downloaded. After deletion there is no way to recover data.

Can I reset my account?
It is currently not possible for you to reset your own account manually.
If you wish for your account to be reset then you must first contact support to delete your account then you will be able to register a new account.
You must follow the following steps –
- Back up your own data including client details.
- Download and store all invoices created.
- Email our team at support@free2invoice.com
- Use Login / Signup button to navigate to login page
- Click on Sign Up Now! To create a new account
If you are going to delete it must be noted there will be no way to recover data aftewards.
Can I change my base currency?
Your base currency setting is found on the company settings page. This will set the default for starting new invoices.
Each individual invoice can have its own currency set. This is found at the top of the page when creating a new template.
How many invoices can I create for free?
There is no limit to the number of invoices you can create for free.
There is also no limit on the number of clients you can send invoices to.
How can I edit my company details?
Yes, you can edit your company details at any time. On the Free 2 Invoice app, head to Company details and make any updates needed. Don’t forget to press save.
Can I use Free 2 Invoice offline?
No, Free 2 Invoice is an online based software. Access to the internet is required to use the software.
How do I upgrade my Free 2 Invoice company to a paid subscription?
There is no need for a paid subscription, Free 2 Invoice is Free!
All features are included with no restrictions on number of invoices or clients.
As everything is included and no requirements for subscriptions or paid plans.
We are constantly developing our systems and may bring out features in the future that may be subscription-based.
Can I create two company accounts for free?
Yes, you can have two or more company accounts for free. Each account would need a separate e-mail address to use at the signup page.
